The operators in the control center constantly evaluate information coming to the PCO, regularly check camera systems at remote sites, handle phone lines, inform dispatch, and perform individual tasks for clients. A secured object with remote surveillance, if its alarm is connected to the PCO, saves you money immediately. Thanks to the security system, we evaluate the situation at the site, filter out false alarms, and thus save costs on unnecessary dispatch to the site. Dispatch will only be sent out when it is really necessary. Not everything can be planned, so we approach our work flexibly and with understanding.
